LBH is a non-profit 501(c)(3) community-based organization that exist to plan, develop, and implement programs that address issues destroying economically poor and disadvantaged people by centering programs around:  comprehensive housing development and social service programs.  LBH’s main social services program is LBH Unlimited Resources, Inc. (LBHLUR) that provides personal care attendance services to Region 2 (Ascension, East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, West Baton Rouge, and West Feliciana parishes).
