LBH Unlimited Resources, Inc. (LUR)is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) social services organization that provides EPSDT PCS, LT-PCS, SIL, CCW, MR/DD, NOW and Respite services to individuals with disabilities. LUR is a trade name of London’s Boarding Home, Recreation and Rehab Training Facilities, Inc. (LBH).
A Direct Service Worker (DSW) will be provided to any recipient of LUR services.
Each Medicaid recipient of targeted or waiver case management has the freedom to choose their providers. The recipient’s choice of case management or waiver service providers does not affect their eligibility for the waiver or case management services.
Recipients may report any problems with their case management services or waiver services to the Bureau of Community Supports and Services Help Line Manager at 1-800-660-0488

Sara Wilson-Rogers
President
Mrs. Sara Wilson-Rogers is District 7 School Board Member of West Feliciana Parish Schools. She is the Board of Director’s President for London’s Boarding Home, Recreation, & Rehab Training Facilities, Inc. (LBH)/LBH Unlimited Resources, Inc. (LUR). She is a retired schoolteacher and Science Department Head for East Baton Rouge (EBR) Parish School System. EBR School System is a public school system located in Louisiana's capital city of Baton Rouge. The district has schools serving grades K-12. For over twenty (20) years Mrs. Wilson-Rogers worked as a Chemist. She is a former Board Member of West Feliciana Parish Hospital and continues participating in community activities. Mrs. Wilson-Rogers is a member of First Baptist Church, volunteers with West Feliciana Food Pantry, committee chair of Old Benevolent Society Restoration, member of Order of Eastern Star (OES) and received certification (March 2022) for twenty (20) hours Louisiana School Boards Association (LSBA) training completion.
Robert Sullivan
Vice-President
Mr. Robert Sullivan is LBHLUR’s Board of Director’s Vice-President. He has been employed at Louisiana Cat Corporation for over twenty-three (23) years as a Heavy Equipment Field Technician. Louisiana Cat is the only dealer in the state with equipment from Caterpillar, and they live up to the brand’s legacy with every customer interaction. He has been a deacon at Macedonia Pentecostal Church for over twenty-five (25) years. Mr. Sullivan is a current resident of East Baton Rouge Parish, but a native of West Feliciana Parish.
Glenda Armstrong
Secretary/Treasurer
Mrs. Glenda Armstrong has been employed at West Feliciana Parish Hospital for over forty-one (41) years. Her first twenty (20) years were in the capacity of Medical Records Transcriptionist. The remainder of her time has been working as the Central Supply Supervisor. She has been LBHLUR’s Board of Director’s Secretary since inception in 1994. She is a member/secretary of The Way of Holiness Church. Her hobbies consist of reading, working in her yard, and spending time with her grandchildren. Additional skill set involves planning, coordination, and program development for main events.
Nelda Carter
Member
Ms. Nelda Carter is a 1987 graduate of West Feliciana High School. She enjoys cooking signature dishes and is a board member of LBHLUR. Ms. Carter is a native/resident of West Feliciana Parish. She often volunteers to cook/provide food for special community events. For over eighteen (18) years Ms. Carter spent much of her time volunteering at West Feliciana Parish Schools. Ms. Carter and her family operated a soul food restaurant for many years in West Feliciana and East Baton Rouge Parishes. She is a member/hospitality assistant at The Way of Holiness Church.
Barbara Dyer

Mrs. Barbara Dyer is a native of East Baton Rouge Parish, moved to Los Angeles, California for twenty-five (25) years with her husband, a retired employee of the Los Angeles Police Department. Then, they lived in Las Vegas, Nevada for seven years where she retired from Southern Nevada Culinary & Bartenders as a Guest Attendant. She has been a resident of West Feliciana Parish for over ten (10) years. She worked for eight (8) years as a Direct Service Worker (DSW) of LBH Unlimited Resources, Inc. (LUR) providing personal care services to Medicaid eligible recipients. Mrs. Dyer is a member of Macedonia Pentecostal Church (MPC) where she volunteers on the hospitality committee.
